Guthrie Jumbo-Fly-In 2010

The Sooner SQ hosted their annual Jumbo Fly-in June 5th & 6th, the turn out was great.  The winds were not to bad a little high but we could deal with it.  Many beautiful airplanes were flying and on display.  Kenny, Randy and I from the SPADS RC were there.  Kenny flew his Zero, on one flight the gear hung up in the well so he had to belly land it.  He made some minor repairs and flew again.  I flew the Fokker Eindecker and the Sopwith Pup, just a little windy to try the Fokker D-VII with the Eureka Springs Dawn Patrol event the next weekend.  Here are pictures of the day, also there are more pictures on this web site http://www.flickr.com/photos/51196635@N06/sets/
